We understand that not all our customers have the resources and skillset to perform all maintenance, repairs and overhauls on site. At Hydro Pump Services we offer our customers preventative maintenance through to the breakdown of critical equipment. We have experienced technicians who are specialised in their field with many years in the industry available to assist you in maintaining and servicing your equipment.
This includes:
Pump and engine change outs, including:
- Discontinued engines
- Valves and rotating equipment upgrades
Modifications to infrastructure around the new asset, including:
- Baseplate changes to suit discontinued engines
- Pipework changes
- Raw water pump change outs
Troubleshooting all pumping systems, including:
- Changing engine and pump speeds to suit replacements
- Alignments and mechanical checks for next actions
We repair and overhaul all types of pumps and rotating equipment regardless of original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We can help the customer identify repair related faults/failures beyond expected wear and tear. We have honest conversations with our customers to determine the best path forward for maintenance and forward planning. Detailed reports to clearly show you assets condition, including photos that are critical in preventative maintenance strategies.
